Kiss Me in NY

This bright and lively cocktail is our fresh take on a classic Cosmopolitan. This beauty is perfect for any occasion, whether thats an afternoon with friends on the patio, or staying in and watching your favorite reruns.

2 oz Loonman Vodka

1 oz kiss me syrup ( Recipe below)

.5 oz triple sec

.5 oz fresh lime juice

Add all ingredients to an ice fill shaker tin. Shake until chilled,  double strain into a chilled large coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist

 

Kiss Me Syrup

1 cup white cane sugar

1 cup water

Zest of 1 lemon

1.5 cups unsweetened cranberry juice

1.5 cups water

Combine 1 cup of water with white cane sugar in a pot, bring to boil, stir until all sugar is dissolved. Add Lemon zest to hot syrup, and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Strain into a clean storage container and allow to cool.

Combine equal parts lemon syrup, cranberry juice, and water. 

Syrup should last 2 weeks refrigerated.
