Craft Vodka Soda

Craft Vodka Soda

With the advent of the hard seltzer craze, we thought it would be nice to give you some ideas of how to make a natural artisanal vodka soda using our award winning vodka.

Better flavor, better ingredients, clean finish, none of the bullshit

Make an infusion

Add your favorite flavor to our Loonman Vodka. We suggest you start light and add more flavor if desired

Citrus infusion

1 Tbsp of citrus zest (Lime, Lemon, Orange), make sure not to get the bitter white pith

750ml Loonman Vodka

Add citrus zest to a quart mason jar, top with 750 ml Loonman Vodka. Let rest for 24 hours, shaking occasionally. Strain of the zest, pour infused vodka back into the bottle.

Muddle in some goodness

We love crushing some of our favorite fruits, berries, and herbs in the glass before topping it off with Loonman Vodka and soda water.

Add some pizazz with fresh juice

Try adding some fresh squeezed citrus, apple, cranberry, pear, or other fruit juice to pop up your sweeten and add dimension.

Make an infused syrup

Add your favorite flavor to a light simple syrup. We suggest you start light and add more flavor if desired. Add .25-.5oz to you vodka soda.

Simple Syrup

1+ Tbsp of citrus zest, herb, fruit

1 cup white cane sugar

1.5 cup water

Add sugar and water to a pot, bring to a boil, stir until all sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.

Add citrus, herbs, or fruit to hot syrup. Let rest for 15 minute, strain into a clear jar. Syrup should last 2 week refrigerated
