We are looking to redefine the craft spirits experience by offering: Industry-leading tours of our shiny new production equipment, 20+ scratch made organic spirits, MN’s 1st peat smoked whiskey, handcrafted cocktails, house-made non-alcoholic drinks, and brick oven pizzas made with flour milled on-site.
Our Spirits
Loon Liquor Co. produces a growing variety of high quality, certified organic craft spirits using local grain. Each spirit is painstakingly researched and refined to be as delicious as possible. Our gin and whiskey are both national and international award-winners.
The Cocktail Room
Enjoy refreshments in a cozy environment while playing one of our dozens of board games. Our cocktail room has something for everyone, featuring a wide variety of craft cocktails – all made in-house using fresh organic ingredients.

The name Loon Liquor Co. represents not only our love of Minnesota and its State Bird, but also our commitment to preserving its natural habitat and the habitats of all endangered wildlife.
