This is a cocktail that can be enjoyed year round. A combination of dry herbal Loonman Aquavit, spicy sweet Ginger Lac Coeur and ginger soda, and a tart pop of fresh lime juice, you’ll be making these on the daily.

2oz Loonman Aquavit

.5oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5oz Ginger Lac Coeur

6oz Spicy Ginger Soda

Add all ingredients except ginger soda to an ice filled collins glass, top with ginger soda, stir lightly. Garnish with a lime wedge.
