Nordic Spritz

When we were trying to best demonstrate the amazing versatility of our Loonman Aquavit, our minds immediately went to a light, tart, spritz. Using Lingonberries, a relative of blueberries and cranberries, we add acid and sweetness to perfectly balance the robustness of our spirit, top with soda to make it all shine.

2oz Loonman Aquavit

1oz Lingonberry Preserves

.5oz Lemon Juice

4oz Soda Water

 

Combine Aquavit, Preserves, and lemon juice in an empty collins glass. Stir until mixed. Fill glass with ice. Top with soda water. Stir gently to mix, but not release the bubbles. Garnish with a lemon twist, and 2 raspberries on a pick.
