Pineapple Basil Daquari

This easy sipper is a tropical joy to experience. Our Loonman Rum, adds a beautiful creamy finish, that perfectly compliments the spicy herbalness of the fresh basil. If you ever drop by the shop after hour, you’re very likely to find one of us drinking one of these on our patio.

2 ounces Loonman Rum

1 ounce fresh pineapple juice

1/2 ounce lime juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1, sugar:water)

2 Basil Leaves

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with lime wheel and a basil leaf.
