Lemongrass Mojito
2oz Lemongrass infused Loonman Rum (Recipe below)
.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup
6 Mint leaves
Soda Water
Ad all ingredients to a collins glass, muddle mint. Add ice to the glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge, sprig of mint, and a piece of lemongrass
Lemongrass infused Rum
Chop 1 stock of Lemongrass into small rounds. Add chopped lemongrass and 750ml of Loonman Rum to a quart jar. Let mixture rest for at least 2 days, longer with produce a stronger flavor. Strain off the lemongrass, and add infused rum back to the bottle.
